Check-in is from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Access to the campsite and services is allowed from 12:00 pm. Key delivery is guaranteed from 4:00 pm.

Cars, campers and caravans may enter the campsite ONLY once the assigned accommodation or pitch is ready.

Check-out must be completed by 10:00 am.

On the day of departure, access to the swimming pools is not allowed.

Guests may continue using the following services with their car parked outside: BAR/RESTAURANT/MINI-MARKET.

Late check-out may be requested at reception (subject to availability and an extra fee).

No, allocation is made shortly before arrival or on the same day.

Guests may indicate a preference, which will be considered during allocation.

Yes. They can be added during booking or requested on arrival (subject to availability).

Rental is free for the HIGH CHAIR and BED RAIL.
For the COT: €5 per day or €25 for weekly stays.

No, there is no shuttle service. Guests can reach Follonica centre (4 km) and the public free beach (1 km) by car or by bike along the cycle/pedestrian path.

Yes, pets are FREE and welcome. They may move around on a leash everywhere except the pool area and the mini-market.

According to local regulations, dogs can access the sea without restrictions only at “Bau Beach Follonica Nord”, about 850 m away.

On free public beaches (including the one in front of our private pine grove), dog access is forbidden from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm.

Yes, the campsite is barrier-free and completely flat.
Units have ramps and spacious bathrooms with raised toilets, walk-in showers and grab bars.

A pool lift is available for guests with reduced mobility.

Included for all guests:

• 1 parking space per accommodation
• Wi-Fi
• Use of the swimming pools from arrival day until the evening before departure
(open from June 1st to the second week of September)
• Playground and sports fields
• Entertainment service (01/06 – 05/09): mini club, tournaments, evening shows
• Final cleaning of the chosen accommodation
• Water and electricity consumption (only for stays under 3 consecutive weeks)
• Initial supply of bed linen and towels ONLY FOR BUNGALOWS (weekly change for stays over 7 nights)
• Electricity on pitch (220V – 6A = 1320 Watt)
• Camper service area

Yes, but you must inform reception.
Every visitor must show ID and register.

First 2 hours: free.
After that (per person, per day):
BUNGALOW: €30 (ages 9–99) / €15 (ages 4–8) / free (0–3)
PITCH: €20 (ages 9–99) / €10 (ages 4–8) / free (0–3)

Visitors may stay from 8:00 am to 12:00 am.
Daily fees must be paid at check-in if staying more than 2 hours.

Rates always include ACCOMMODATION ONLY.

On-site you will find a restaurant, mini-market and bar (open depending on season).
The restaurant offers à la carte menus only — no half board or full board plans.

The campsite accepts bookings from minors only if accompanied by an adult family member.

Medical assistance is available on request and for a fee (number available at reception).

There is no ATM inside the campsite. The nearest ATM is about 3 km away.

External guests may access only the restaurant, bar and mini-market without informing reception.

Swimming pools and entertainment are reserved for campsite guests only.

Open fires and barbecues are strictly forbidden.

Private gardens of bungalows and pitches are NOT fenced.
